Then there’s the White House, one of five tens-of-thousands square feet homes in Washington D.C. Currently, a luxury vacation rental, the 17,000-square-foot home is listed for $8 million. If it sells for anywhere near that, it will be Alaska’s most expensive home — in addition to its largest.
